• The Functional Lead will be responsible for leading a large team of consultants and client personnel for each major functional area of the project.
• The business processes (down to a detailed Level) will be designed using the Infor Implementation Accelerators (now referred to as Process Workbooks) as a starting point. Deloitte's Agile methodology will be used which means that the designs will be performed through a series of Agile Sprints.
• Familiarity with Agile methods of software implementation is required. In addition to designing business processes, the Functional Teams will also be responsible for creation of user documentation, test scripts, execution of test scripts, and functional designs for technical components referred to as "RICE" (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions of data and Extensions).
• The Functional Lead is responsible for leading the entire Functional Team under their purview through design, testing, cutover and post-production support. In-depth functional knowledge of the M3 software in their given area of expertise is a must as is the ability to lead large, complex teams, some of whom will be global and working remotely. Experience with large, complex ERP implementations is preferred.
• The customer purchases ERP projects in Phases, therefore the first commitment is for the Planning Phase to take place through December 31, 2022, with the Design Phase to take place from January through May 2023. Following Design, the system will be constructed and tested for the following 18 months followed by multiple deployment waves over the next few years culminating by the end of 2025. Although the staffing commitment will be by Phase, it is anticipated that the Functional Lead will be engaged for the entire duration of the project.

• Map clients requirements with functionalities of Infor M3 maintenance.
• College degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
