Job DescriptionThe Supply Chain Analyst reporting to the Supply Chain Analytics Manager, will assist, support, and creatively contribute towards the Company's efforts around end-to-end Supply Chain Management. Supply Chain Analyst will support the Supply Chain operations, finance, distribution, logistics, and sourcing functions.Primary Responsibilities Collect, clean, standardize and analyze supply chain data Develop, maintain, and distribute Supply Chain Reports and Dashboards Perform ad-hoc analysis for management as needed Track cost savings opportunities and other KPIs Recommend continuous improvements to boost performance and reduce costs Collaborate across teams to implement new data structures Track and contribute towards the company's delivery of products and targeted service levels to the customer. (95% On-Time Delivery) Assist with carrier on-boarding process and carrier negotiations and RFQs. Assist in the SIOP process to improve analytics and overall performance Provide project management and support for supply chain initiatives and goals Assist in the management of Supply Chain partners and technology vendors Investigate supply chain inefficiencies and develop solutions to create value Communicate with other departments within the organization to identify efficiency issues, develop solutions, and implement changes Help Desk Support for shipping teamsQualifications 1 - 3 years of experience with data management and analysis Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field Proven analytical ability ERP System experience (JDE, Oracle, SAP, or similar) BI Database experience helpfulPreferred Qualifications Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and data modeling skills Ability to recognize, diagnose, and troubleshoot problems Excellent written and oral communication skills including the ability to present to management and executives Attention to detail and ability to manage large sets of data Ability to follow and create standard work processes Deep data analytics experience preferred Extensive project management experience a plus Lean Six Sigma certification a plusWe are an equal opportunity employer.
