ROLE: Senior Software Engineer (C 14, Matching Engine, Market Router)

TOTAL COMPENSATION: $168K - $200K

Annual Cash Bonus: 24%-29%
Employee Stock Purchase Plan: up to $25,000/year (15% savings)
401K: 100% matching of the first 6% (Vested immeidately)
Vacation: 3 weeks and 10 Holidays. Unlimited sick days

Experience working with Market Data and Market Data Routers
STL and BOOST

EDUCATION: B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or other related field.
