Job Purpose As a Java Back End Engineer you will be part of a team building and growing a platform for managing highly customized portfolios at scale.

You will work closely with Product Management and Design teams to support ongoing business demands and build to new requirements.

The team has a global footprint with team members in San Francisco, Princeton, Singapore, and Mumbai.

Sr. Java Developer

Strong Java programming skills
5-9 years practical software development experience
Robust object-oriented design pattern knowledge and implementation experience using Java; Java Backend Developer
Java Developer – Preferable with Java 1.8 (java 8 features) experience
Experience with multithreaded application development
Using Junit for test cases
Advanced knowledge and experience developing and working with relational databases such as Sybase/MySQL
Experience with multi-tier application architecture and high performance distributed and in-memory caching solutions
Strong understanding of data modeling techniques
Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker, OpenStack) a plus
