Job Details

Requirements:

10+ years' experience in software engineering with API-first microservices based architecture leveraging popular ecommerce frameworks
5+ years' managing people/teams in a software development organization
Experience with MACH architecture (Microservices, API, Cloud, Headless)
Hands-on experience with databricks cloud data warehouse/data lakes
Looking for combinations of these skills - the more the better: React, React Hooks, Recharts, GraphQL, SQL, Python, Sparksql, Apollo, Prisma, JavaScript, Node.js, Enzyme, React Testing Library, Cypress, CSS, Styled Components

Responsibilities:

Lead and nurture a team of engineers that build and ship products on a resilient B2B ecommerce platform utilizing MACH architectural frameworks
Provide technical leadership (oversee team, lead by example, get in the code)
Hire, retain, inspire, and lead multiple high-performing engineering teams
Provide coaching via code reviews and 1 on 1s
Develop and execute roadmaps with product, customer success, sales, security & IT teams
