You will accomplish this by consulting externally and internally with the region and service line recruiting leaders and recruiters and lead project teams on strategic projects to support overall inclusiveness recruiting firm initiatives. You will analyze trends, environmental conditions and risk factors that impact the service line or office(s) they serve, both in current and future state and work with recruiting leadership to make certain that their efforts are in alignment with the overall recruiting strategy.Your Key ResponsibilitiesYou will develop and provide guidance, support and tools, to recruiting teams, throughout the Americas to become the market leader in the diversity and inclusiveness talent acquisition space. Assist region/service line recruiters in sourcing strategies to attract diverse candidates and consult with recruiting teams and region recruiting leaders to embed a focus on diversity & inclusiveness from a recruiting perspective while sharing best practices. You will also coach and consult on diversity recruiting matters internally and externally and be responsible for supporting the achievement of the firm’s experienced recruiting inclusiveness.You will conduct needs assessment to identify the business requirements leading to tool development for their area of responsibility and interface with business leaders to make certain that the needs of their practice are being met.Skills and attributes for successYou will need experiences specifically in the diversity and inclusiveness recruiting space and as a liaison among recruiting teams. Analyze hiring data and statistics to proactively identify opportunities to consult with business units from a diversity and inclusiveness perspective. Maintain a constant and steady focus on the local marketplace and disseminate local market intelligence to key client groups. Utilize the firm's recruitment tools and processes to execute workflow. Utilize EY's applicant tracking system to capture all recruiting and hiring activity. Can work effectively with little supervision daily.To qualify for this role, you must haveA minimum of 8-10 years related work experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Frequent Travel (15% to 30% depending on time of year - US Only)

Strong knowledge of inclusiveness recruiting practices with demonstrated results

Ability to attract and retain talent, build relationships, and create networks

Analytical Decision Making/Problem Solving

Demonstrated project management skills & ability to manage complex multiple projects

Understand sourcing strategies for service lines

Strong knowledge of applicable recruiting laws and policies and Human Resource experience.

Ideally, you’ll also haveSociety of Human Resource Certification (SHRM), SPHR or PHR credentials, Project Management Professional certification (PMP), preferred but not required

General management experience

Strong business acumen

Ability to influence multiple constituents
