About the role:

This is on the ACA team (Affordable Care Act) under the Workforce Solutions Business unit
They are migrating applications to the cloud (Google Cloud Platform) and are about to start doing a lot of the heavy lifting/cloud focused tasks so they are building out 2 new squads to focus solely on the cloud aspects of the migration so the other squads can keep focusing on other BAU tasks (Business as Usual)
The architecture of the application is more on the Data Flow side of things (using airflow composure and BigQuery)

BIGGEST MUST HAVES:

Strong core Java skills
Cloud experience-Google Cloud Platform strongly preferred but AWS will work too
Strong Springboot experience
Angular experience (this is primarily a backend role but some front end skills will also be needed)

Job Description:

Responsible for analysis, design, coding and testing of new applications or enhancements to existing applications using Java-based technologies, including Java, J2EE, JSP, XML, JDBC, and Servlets.
Must be able to apply SDLC concept and have a proven track record of delivering solid, robust applications.
Must have a solid understanding of Object Oriented Programming. Strong communication skills are required as position will interact with business owners.
6+ years of prior Java development experience required.
