Project Description:SIM/UICC Management , provide highly technical triage of SIM and device solutions, provide mission-critical customer and project-related support, drive continued improvements into SIM/OTA/Subscription Management solution lifecycles.
Responsibilities:develop integration and architecture documentationo review and approve test planso coordinate testing resources and lead multi-party test sessions- Develop automated test-driven architectureo CI/CD pipeline architectureo Maintenance of test caseso Report generation- Direct internal testing teams for application validation and certification including:o Preparing application for production launcho Validate functional and non-functional requirementso Document test results for required certification audit- Work with external partners to define sensitive data exchange processes including:o Define and document architectureo Testing and validationo Ensure data integrity and confidentially- Develop product documentation for both internal and external use
Mandatory Skills Description:Knowledge of wireless technology standards and protocols (3GPP, OMA, UMTS, LTE, 5G)- Strong knowledge of SIM/UICC OTA and Network Subscription Management, specifically the GSMA SGP.02 ver 3.2 and SCP80/81 specifications.- Remote provisioning and management of secure elements- Architecture development- Knowledge of SIM/UICC/device test suites- TCP/IP/VPN/SMSC networks and integrations maybe- Strong communication skills - Oral and written- Highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)- Familiarity with application testing including API, back-end and front-end components
Nice-to-Have Skills:- Background with Telecom and partner network infrastructure a plus- Technical engineering degree or 10+ years experience- Five years experience in SIM/UICC- Secure computing background a plus- Familiarity with major public cloud platform (AWS, Google Cloud Platform or Azure)Excellent project and product management• Comprehensive knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, NAT, PAT, Access Control List)• Architecture development mindset paired with a strong operational responsibility• Thorough understanding of Machine to Machine communication and operations• Thorough working knowledge of SIM/UICC/device test suites (Comprion, UniverSIM Master, UICC Card Admin)
- Experience with CI/CD or test drive deployment methodologies
