• The Project/program Manager will partner with business stakeholders to understand business priorities, develop program goals and overall product roadmap.
• The Project/Program Manager is expected to work with the business stakeholders to prioritize Rate Maintenance activities and collaborate with the IT Product Manager to build and prioritize the product backlog.
• Partner with the business to understand business priorities and collaborate with the product manager to build and prioritize.
• Communicate the progress of programs and initiatives to business stakeholders and Senior Management.
• Partner with the business to develop the program's goals and convey them to IT delivery teams.
• Define and mediate with IT and business program issues and risks.
• Work with Demand Management group on the initial assessment of business requests.
• Supports business stakeholders with the definition of business requirements and collaborate with the product manager to translate requirements into appropriate work items.
• 0-3 years experience required.
• College degree preferred.
