Job Title: DATA AnalystLocation: Atlanta, GADuration: Full TimeKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:· Responsible for end to end product ownership for customer data including: understanding the business problem, identifying user needs, and developing optimal solution· Partner with IT, Customer Experience Strategy, Operations and Commercial Business Units to develop customer data product enhancements that fit business needs and provide value· Design, model and create data sources and systems that will support Reservations, Customer Care and Digital Engagement strategies· Develop advanced analytics solutions for complex business problems· Develop and implement reporting tools and performance management systems that generate actionable insights, drive accountability, and improve Reservations performance· Advance business understanding and implementation of artificial intelligence technologies as well as data science best practices· Performs analysis for benchmarking, business case development, and strategy recommendations for Reservations teams· Mentor business analysts in technical proficiency and business acumen· Practices safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:· Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, statistics, mathematics, operations research or related field · 3-4 years required relevant work experience in product management, data management, and/or analytics· Demonstrated proficiency in Tableau dashboard development, SQL, Excel, PowerPoint, Hyperion and/or similar software products.· Demonstrated proficiency in Machine Learning techniques (Python, R, SAS or similar)· Must demonstrate initiative and self-direct work with an ability to manage multiple priorities under aggressive deadlines.· Must have strong influencing skills to drive positive outcomes, strong written and verbal communication skills, and proven analytics skills. · Ability to lead and influence others responsible for deliverables, including stakeholders from other departments.· Embraces diverse people, thinking and styles· Consistently makes safety and security, of self and others, the priorityPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:· Master's degree in analytics, technology, mathematics, engineering, MBA, or related field preferred \· Highly proficient in working with and analyzing large amounts of unstructured data · Agile Product Management training and experience preferred· Ability to effectively communicate and translate customer data for both technical and non-technical audiences and stakeholders· Willingness to become the subject matter expert for your product and take ownership for its development and performanceMUST HAVE:· Strong experience in Data analysis and Data management.· 2+ years’ experience with SQL and SAS.· 1+ years’ experience with Tableau.
