As a NetSuite Administrator you will be responsible for end-user support, training, creation of fields, forms, custom records, workflows and saved searches/reports. The Administrator will work closely with the business units to improve business processes using NetSuite best practices and customizations. This position operates under moderate supervision.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Gain an understanding of the business and systems as well as all current processes and procedures
  • Technical point of contact for all NetSuite issues, reports, dashboards, other needs and support from the end users.
  • Design and implement creative solutions to business problems by leveraging out-of-the-box NetSuite functionality, customizations, scripting, and workflows

What Youll Bring to the Table

  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience in any ERP/CRM admin role (Salesforce, NetSuite, Dynamics CRM, Other enterprise software platforms)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
  • NetSuite experience preferable not mandatory

Whats Good to Know Standard business work hours apply from 8am to 5pm with some flexibility required to support CBORDs global footprint. Occasional additional hours may be assigned for special projects including system implementations, migrations, or upgrades. Limited travel required with less than 1 to 2 weeks per year.

Who Youll Work With You will work closely with other DREAMteam members of the Business Applications department including administrators, database coordinator, and fellow DREAMteam members. Primary departments using business applications including Accounting, Client Support, and Sales DREAMteam members.
