Role Description:

This position is in a fast-paced and high-energy department that is focused on supporting the creation and deployment of the new global contract database and billing system for the Client division.

This position will be able to leverage your organizational skills while learning about all aspects of the business. Initially it is focused on working with cross functional teams to test and deploy the new system. Post deployment this position will focus on reviewing new contracts, identifying and attributing of contractual product and pricing elements, and transcribing those elements into the new system.

Skills and experience:

Bachelor's degree in a business preferred or related field required or 1 to 3 years equivalent experience
Prior experience in sales support, contract management, billing administration, or other related field helpful
Proficiency in Google Suites of products
Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
Experienced in handling changing, fast-paced and challenging job demands
Have good decision making and problem solving skills using "out of the box" thinking
Ability to proactively identify potential process improvements such as training documentation for both the new system and processes
Detail oriented, focused on data integrity and accuracy

responsibilities:

? Contract analysis and interpretation

Read and interpret the various types of customer contracts
Identify specific contract terms and language with emphasis on products & pricing
Interpret and input contract pricing and product billing elements into new system post launch

? System development, deployment and enhancements

Initial focuses are

Work with the current team to test system functionality prior to the launch of new global billing systems into production
Work with the data migration team on transferring data from legacy systems
Post launch of new system work with team to create and document ongoing processes enhancements to utilize and support the new system
Tools leveraged during internship
New global billing system and contract database
Google Suites and Microsoft Office
Salesforce

Experience level: Experienced
Minimum 1 year of experience
Education: Bachelors
