OverviewExperient Group is looking to add multiple DevOps Engineers to our rapidly expanding development team based in Atlanta. We are looking for candidates with 3+ years of DevOps Engineering experience with knowledge of one or more the following technologies and willingness to learn the others:

GitHub Actions (or other CI/CD pipeline tools)
Python
Cloud Formation
Kubernetes

Knowledge of cloud based environments is required, specifically Amazon Web Services. Certifications in AWS is a plus. Candidates should be self-motivated, willing to learn and able to work well within a team. These positions are available to start immediately.

Key job functions:Specific responsibilities for this position include:

Design, develop and configure software systems to improve and automate the day to day operations of the development environment. For example:
- Continuous Release and Deployment Support Services: Develop, enhance, and support an automated CI/CD deployment pipeline
- Continuous Monitoring Support Services: Automation of infrastructure monitoring, including modification of application code as necessary
Meet with clients and/or Experient team members to develop system requirements and then design and build those features into the appropriate applications.

Skills and Experience

:Required

3 years of experience in one more of:
- GitHub Actions (or other CI/CD pipeline tools)
- Python
- CloudFormation
- Kubernetes

Experience using Amazon Web Services.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Passion for learning and a passion for solving business problems with technology.
Willingness to work at client site occasionally.
A strong record of academic accomplishment and 4-year college degree with a major in a Computer Science related field or significant coursework in Computer Science.

Nice to Have

AWS Certification(s).
Experience using databases such as Postgres and MySQL.
Experience using No SQL databases such as Amazon Web Services Dynamo DB.
