Cold calling Executive

We are a real estate company seeking a highly motivated, experienced cold caller. You will be contacting homeowners in pre-foreclosure. You must be proficient with auto-dialers and CRM systems, and skilled in text and email follow-up strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

contacting homeowners

setting appointments

Processing potential leads

Updating sales tracking database

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Outstanding customer service skills

Excellent organization with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently.
