Who Are We Hiring?

Independent non-captive insurance agents interested in joining our team, with a huge need for bilingual agents (English and Spanish). As an agent with our team, your primary responsibility is to reach out to individuals (leads) who have requested to be contacted with more information and protect them with the best solution available, if appropriate. There is NO cold calling involved. Our clients have asked to be contacted regarding coverage options via direct mailers or online. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, coachable, hungry to serve others, and ready to make an impact along with income.

Additional Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries

Educate and protect clients with coverage solutions

Troubleshoot and resolve policy issues and concerns

Document and update customer records based on interactions

Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the ever-evolving plans and services

Requirements:

Life & Health License Preferred but NOT Required

If Unlicensed, the candidate must be willing to take the insurance licensing exam for state licensure - we will help you with this process!

Pay Varies (monthly)

A full-time agent on average makes between $10,000 and $15,000

A part-time agent on average makes between $5,000 and $7,000

Occasional/weekend-only agents on average bring-in an extra $1,000 to $2,000
