Duties/Responsibilities - Work as scheduled for up to 20 hours per week
during the summer term. - Plant, fertilize and water plants growing in
the greenhouse for purposes of conducting research. - Assist post
doctoral scientists with trap labeling and organization, followed by
sampling whiteflies in the field or on sticky cards placed throughout
south Georgia. - Assist the graduate student with servicing insect traps
in peanut processing and storage facilities located across south
Georgia. - Assist the Research Professional with maintaining a clean and
safe working environment for the benefit of all lab members. - Washing
glassware, weighing out materials, and conducting laboratory assays
under supervision. - Assist post doctoral scientists with data
collection in the field to include identification and enumeration of
pests and natural enemies of cotton and grain sorghum. - Assist the
Research Professional with grain sampling and grain movement. Percentage
