Description:Positions are for 2nd or 3rd shift. Shift Premium will be paid in addition to pay.

$16/hr with a $.45 shift diff.

Once perm after 90 days, pay goes to $17.28+ shift diff.

Another 90 days on perm and they go to $17.92 + shift diffShifts:

2nd: 2:55pm-11pm

3rd:10:55pm-7a

they typically work 5-6 days a week with at least 2 12 hour shifts right now until they can get more employees - about 52 hours a week. Training will last about 2-3 weeks (training ideally on 1st shift but we can make exception if absolutely needed - just need to communicate to the client.)

It is hard to guarantee shift but if candidates need certain shift, we can communicate to client and make sure they can accommodate.

Can rehire - have to send client the name for approval before launching1st day:

9:45am start time - will watch training videos and safety for 5 hours and then return on 2nd day to shadow on the floor

steel toesEssential Functions and Job Duties:Performs various assembly operations.

Operates various types of machines/presses to produce a high-volume quality part.

Inspects quality of parts to verify conformance to specifications and ensure quality standards are met.

Reviews set-up cards to ensure that the part number matches set up card.

Maintains raw material supplies.

Moves units to and from work stations.

Completes production boards when applicable for machine/process.

Records production and scrap numbers.

Maintains accurate counts and produces at required production rate.

Makes minor adjustments to machines to ensure proper machine/press operation and the production of a quality product.

Reports needed maintenance of machinery.

Escalates downtime or scrap issues to Team Leader

Performs safety checks on machines.

Maintains a clean work environment according to 5S standards.

Adheres to safe work practices and completes gorilla cards when an unsafe condition is identified.

Provides support as requested by supervisor.

Other duties as assigned

Required Skills:

Must be willing and able to work 2nd shift (2:55pm - 11pm) or 3rd shift (10:55pm - 7am)Education: ​

A high school diploma or general education degree (G.E.D.) REQUIRED

Must be able to pass a basic reading comprehension and math test.Language Skills:

Able to read, write, and communicate in English. Able to comprehend written and verbal instructions.Math/Mechanical Reasoning Skills:

Possess basic math skills to include the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.Safety:

Adherence to health and safety procedures is required. Must wear personal protective equipment to include, but not limited to, steel toed shoes, protective eyewear, and ear protection.Preferred Requirements:

​One (1) year of manufacturing experience.Physical Requirements:

Normal dexterity is​ required.

Must be able to bend and stoop.

Must be able to lift 35 lbs on a regular basis.
