Support Lead (Mercury Gate)

• Support Lead
• Relevant experience will be 5+ Years
• Knowledgeable on MercuryGate TMS (Transport Management Systems)
• Experience with Systems Integration
• Will be part of Support team.

• Will understand the Support requirements from Business, Customers, Internal teams
• Depending on the requirement / ask (Support or Integration), will coordinate between the Imagine, Build, Support teams, and plan activities
  • Coordinate between Onsite and Offshore teams
• Clear communications will be important aspect.
