- Provides excellent customer service to all, creating an open and accessible environment when interacting with others
- Provides day-to-day hands on support to the Company's infrastructure, end user laptops, desktops, servers, email, mobile devices and applications
- Provides break/fix, software/hardware upgrades, application installs, user support and training.
- Provides consistent communication to team and manager regarding issues and escalations
- 2 to 4 years hands on experience as deskside/Onsite support/local IT engineer
- Strong Microsoft Operating System installation (Win 7/Win 8.1/Win 10/Mac OS)
- Strong experience in troubleshooting MS office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong desktop support knowledge including hardware, software, and networking concepts
- Strong skills in Desktops, Workstations, Notebooks and Printers and Handhelds
- Knowledge in windows Image build process and SCCM deployments
- User account creation for Active Directory, Exchange Mailboxes, Distribution lists
- Troubleshoot and assist end users with mobile device setup, activations and performance issues
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze and solve problems
- Must be organized, motivated, and a team player
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
