    • BIGID implementation, remediation, data privacy and compliance expertise (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, etc.)
    • Work closely with client stakeholders to determine technical requirements for specific business objectives at hand
    • Configuring data source for Scanning, defining policies, creating scanning profiles, scheduling scans, creating DSAR
    • Analysis of upstream/downstream dependencies, refresh process from the production to non-production databases
    • End-to-end analysis of all the tables in a database to identify sensitive information (PII/PHI/PCI), using various tools & techniques
    • Plan implementation engagements, deploy solution components, and participate in the product configuration efforts in order to meet clients' specific requirements
    • Engage with multi-discipline internal and client teams to ensure smooth rollout of BigID solutions and successful integration within customers' environments
    • Deliver training for respective technologies at an applicable level of depth and detail for a given audience
    • Work closely with our Engineering and Product Management teams to document product issues, enhancement requests raised in the field, and possible implementation flow improvements
    • Address remediation steps for database audit findings
    • Address sensitivity classification across structured and unstructured data repositories
    • Automate privacy and compliance functions for the data regulations.
    • Integrate BigID solution with external applications like Collibra, Service Now etc.
    Experience Required:
    • Experience in information technology, with at least 2 years in a customer-facing role preferably involved in product implementation and hands-on technical activities within enterprise corporate environments
    • Experience in data analysis, complex and advanced SQL, working with RDBMS, such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle Database, PostgreSQL, MySQL/MariaDB, IBM DB2, etc.
    • Strong knowledge in data warehouse concepts
    • Ability to understand Entity Relationship diagrams for relational databases.
    • Good understanding of database validations, constraints, syntax and data types
    • Must have hands on experience in BigID tool, configuring data source for Scanning, defining policies, creating scanning profiles, scheduling scans, creating DSAR
    • 3+ years' experience with installation, configuration and management of Linux-based Operating Systems, including basic shell proficiency (bash, sh, ksh, tcsk, etc.), experience with package management systems (apt/dpkg, yum/rpm, etc.), file archiving tools (tar, gz, zip, bz2), remote access and file transfer protocols (SSH, SCP, SFTP/FTP), file sharing technology (NFS, CIFS/SMB), and authentication frameworks (LDAP, Kerberos)
    • Experience with Docker + Kubernetes preferred
    • Cloud Experience (AWS, Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform) preferred
    • Demonstrated experience in writing code projects with Python, and Java major advantage.
    • Troubleshooting complex software modules, working from written and oral issues as described by the technical support organization, sales organization, account managers and customers themselves.
    • Develop and modify modules as part of workarounds for issues or as a professional services enhancement.
    • Understand database models & designs including referential integrity, application enforced integrity, data dependencies between applications.
    • Proficient in MS Excel, Word & working knowledge of UNIX
    • Banking industry experience will be a good to have
    • Able to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing to business and technology stakeholders
    • Ability to multitask and work effective with little supervision; ability to co-ordinate with onsite resources deliverables/activities; Ability to work with client and manage their expectations & priorities
    • Bachelors' degree or equivalent in Business Management, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
