- Leads the evaluation of the most complex business models, processes and operations to develop an in-depth understanding of complex business needs and requirements and leads the identification of risks, assumptions and dependencies which will have an impact on their technical delivery
- Leads and oversees the translation of business requirements into technical requirements and specifications, partnering with technical teams to design and deliver the system architecture for the most complex projects
- Contributes to the development of business analysis standards, processes and ways of working to ensure there is an in-depth understanding of the most complex business needs and requirements and strategies across the wider team
- Develops long term, strategic relationships with senior business stakeholders and SMEs to gather, understand and interpret complex business requirements, providing advanced technical expertise to identify their future state and implementation requirements
- Verifies that the solution/technology is meeting the business requirements, leading the delivery of actionable insights for the business and technical teams whilst influencing others to identify and agree new projects and opportunities
