S2 IT Group in need of IT Business Analyst, having sound knowledge in Oracle Cloud or Workday Cloud Applications.

  • Works with the product teams to capture requirements (both functional and non-functional) using various techniques such as workshop facilitation, data analysis, site visits, and task and workflow analysis.
  • Conducts analysis that identifies current state business processes or system inadequacies and presents ideas for process and systems improvement that assist product teams in meeting customer needs.
  • Creates use cases, user stories, functional specifications, diagrams and technical documentation as needed to articulate requirements.
  • Involve in designing of framework and setting-up project base.
  • Involve architectural decisions, coding and code review.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute system and user acceptance testing, as well as leadership of testing resources.
  • Work on multiple projects, small initiatives across multiple applications daily and meeting the manual, automation functional and non-functional deliverables with quality and time constraints.
  • Define scope and deliverables for assignment with ‘client’ and delivers assignment in accordance with agreed scope, time, financial and quality measures.
  • Ensure effective client and stakeholder engagement to mitigate risks and manage expectations.
  • Plan and lead independent reviews of other assignments where required.
  • Participate in technical meetings between wide array of individuals of QA, client Dev teams and Managers, BA, other Vendor project related teams and gets the right things done.
  • Manage scope to ensure commitments are achieved within agreed upon time, costs, and quality parameters.
  • Analyze use cases, complex system requirements and business requirements to ensure testability of the product.
  • Work with Developers, Program Managers, Project Managers and other stakeholders to meet project milestones.
  • Work with Third Party vendor development and project management teams.
  • Determined and analyzed the current architecture, underlying tools & technologies, data flows, data distributions and patterns for integrations.
  • Created integration strategy document with key inputs, future state design architecture, inbound & outbound integration patterns and standards.
  • Defined the overall solution across the areas of conversion, cloud-side integration, Middleware-side integration, reporting, batch scheduling, technical security, mobility and Platform as A Service (PaaS) for Oracle ERP cloud.
  • Comfortably conducted conversation with developers, architects, functional leads, project and program leadership on various aspects of technical delivery.
  • Represented Cloud technology in Steering Committee meetings.
  • Loading the customer, contact and transaction files in the system by running the interface programs.
  • Identifying, writing, managing business requirements and provide suitable solutions to client’s business process.
  • Contributing to the functional and technical design, prototyping at process design stages of implementation.
  • Responsible for performing and documenting setups, scenario design, flow mapping across all functional areas of warehouse management system.
  • Worked closely with business and development teams and have product designed as per the solution to meet business needs.
  • Assisted in converting business solution into technical design i.e. data types, validations on database tables and PL/SQL and JAVA solution. Reviewed & tested PL/SQL and Java technical solutions and provided feedback to development team on changes necessary.
  • Co-ordinated with Oracle Corporation core support team on the technical and functional issue faced in the process of implementation and provided debug logs and custom code details to find out collusive solution.
  • Performed process demos to business leadership, re-designed solution as per feedback and bought in the approval on final solution.
  • Executing the CRPs/FAT and UAT by the business users and resolving the issues.
  • Preparation of the process flow diagrams and co-ordination with business users to get the approval on the business requirements.
  • Log, view, access, monitor, follow-up and close Service Requests (SRs) online - Oracle MetaLink and Oracle Applications Patch Management.
Educational Requirement: Any Master Degree preferred MS IT, Finance, SCM relatedExperience Requirement: NONE (Knowledge in IT, Finance or SCM is good enough)
