Project Manager IV (On-site in Weston, FL or Lowell, MA) The IT Delivery organization provides a full-range of project and program management services focused on Information Technology. Responsibilities• Project Management of complex technical projects, primarily focused on IT Network services delivery for internal employees.• Manage and lead technical project teams and project delivery, overseeing task execution and work progress.• Develop detailed project plans with clear scope, identification of milestones, tasks, dependencies, and resources required.• Proactively identify, document, and manage risks and mitigation strategies.• Proactively manage resolution of project issues and timely resolution; escalate as needed for resolution.• Develop change management procedures for the project and milestone signoff criteria.• Communicate project status, issues and upcoming plans to internal stakeholders, PMO leadership and vendors.• Manage relationships with cross-functional project partners/service providers.• Improve project management processes and increase efficiencies.• Demonstrate flexibility to assist/manage projects in multiple competency areas (Network, Infrastructure, etc.) Required skillsets• 5+ years of experience managing projects and programs in IT, preferably within data center or cloud technologies.• Demonstrated capability to manage cross-functional teams.• Experience with IT Networking technology (SD-WAN, On-prem and cloud infrastructure, Core Services-DNS/DHCP/IPAM, AD) and leading various architecture and deployment projects supporting internal business productivity.• Solid technical and systems engineering background.• Understanding of low voltage distributed infrastructure (fiber/copper) in both data center and facility environments.• Skilled in integrating change management into program management methodology.• Excellent computer skills: Word, Excel, Visio, Project, PowerPoint, MS Project.Desired skillsets
PMP and/or Agile certification is a plus.
