Residential Shift Supervisor

Lakeside Neurologic, located in Wauchula Florida, is currently accepting resumes for the position of Residential Shift Supervisor. Lakeside Neurologic treats pediatric and adult survivors of traumatic brain injury. Responsibilities: Ensure the safety and well-being of the clients and staff. Interact with client, families, visitors, staff and external agencies on a day to day basis in a professional manner. Supervise and deploy staff according to company policies and procedures. Schedule staff, complete time and attendance audits, corrections and edits in ADP. Monitor day to day operations of the main campus for assigned shift while ensuring compliance with AHCA, DCF, CARF, JCAHO standards. Prepare all paperwork and documentation for oncoming shift. Provide oversight and instruction to direct care staff on duties, ensure staff complete all documentation, search protocols, serve as a liaison between residential staff and other disciplines, coordinates transports with Health Education Services and Program Case Managers. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required. Associates/ Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, human services, social services or organizational management is preferred. Must have a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in the behavioral health or mental health field.
