Executive Assistant to CEO

The Executive Assistant to the CEO will provide administrative and production support to the CEO and ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate is extremely sharp, multi-talented, very responsible, and thrives in a fast-paced and growing environment. In pre-covid times this position would have included travel to Europe, Asia at least once a year, possibly more.
The highly-organized, detail-driven candidate will manage the day-to-day challenges for an executive with a very busy schedule, who must be able to shift priorities easily, understand the nuances of those priorities and be business-minded enough to know what is important and what can wait.
The candidate will assist in the organization, communication, scheduling, coordinating, collaborating with other teammates in an effort to provide support to the CEO. The role requires strong administrative, communication and organizational skills.
Job Responsibilities include:
Support the CEO in all aspects of the job while overseeing the administration of day-to-day operations
Manages busy calendar, books, and appointments - utilizing creative time management skills to enable the executive to maximize his productivity and use of time.
Manages contact database
Assists the CEO in some personal tasks, manage personal appointments and events
Coordinates Meetings, Conference Calls, and Conference registrations
Manage and document Expenses
Candidate must be able to handle multiple deadlines and be assertive with CEO in order to adhere to deadlines and have CEO manage short and long term priorities in a timely fashion
Requirements:
College degree preferred, or equivalent
Ready to support an established CEO
High level of professionalism with ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Exceptional time management and organizational skills
Experience managing multiple schedules, facilitating travel and managing expense reports
Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Gmail
Superb written and verbal communication skills
Must have reliable (own) transportation and be available to work a flexible schedule
from his home and/or business office locations depending on his schedule.
The compensation range for this position is $56k $68k DOE with an additional option for a high performer after the first 6 months of 4+ weeks PAID time off that must not conflict with his schedule.
