Roofing Supervisor

We are seeking a roofing supervisor that has experience in all types of roofing.

Duties:

A roofing supervisor oversees and manages a team of roofing workers on various projects, ensuring all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards by inspecting installations, enforcing safety protocols, and providing training to team members to address any issues that arise during the roofing process. Key responsibilities of a roofing supervisor:

Team Management:Directly supervise roofing crews, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and addressing any issues within the team.

Quality Control:Conduct thorough inspections of completed roofing work to verify compliance with quality standards and identify any defects.

Safety Compliance:Enforce all safety regulations on the worksite, including proper equipment usage and adherence to safety procedures.

Requirements:
