Remodel/Carpenter/Handyman

Our company has been in the area for over 40 years and specializes in renovating Assisted Living communities in the state of Florida. We are looking for a talented, dependable, responsible subcontractor(s) to help us with local work in Pinellas County and possibly surrounding counties.

Requirements:

Must have dependable transportation.

Must be able to communicate clearly with customers and co-workers

Have your own tools

Have your own vehicle for transporting tools and materials

Have a valid driver's license

Physically able to do various handyman jobs and ability to lift 50 lbs on occasion.

Preferred Skills:

Hang drywall

Finish drywall
