Sr. End Point Security Engineer

Security expert managing the security environment delivery to completion and ensure hand-off to necessary support teams. Other responsibilities include:

• Work with Infrastructure Architecture to provide expertise on architectural designs and proposed solutions for end point security measures
• Provide documentation, participate in proof-of-concept, oversee deployment, and hand-off services of new technology to the operations team
• Manage the Infrastructure environment to meet the customer needs, requirements and their service expectations
• Work with operations to gauge the effectiveness of existing infrastructure systems; develop strategies for improving or further using these systems
• Manage the efficient daily operations and maintenance of the IT services with best practices, automation and orchestration capabilities and ensure effectiveness of the service
• Take end-to-end ownership to prevent and solve security related issues, anticipate and avoid problems and in taking actions and optimizations
• Identify the areas for improvements and lead the effort in standardizing processes, streamlining and making processes simple
• Provide technical escalation point for production support during normal business and off-hours

• 7+ years' experience in end point security engineering
• Direct experience with anti-virus software, intrusion detection, firewalls and content filtering
• Experience designing secure networks, systems and application architectures
• Knowledge of disaster recovery, computer forensic tools, technologies and method
• Experience planning, researching and developing security policies, standards and procedures
• Experience in a system administration role supporting multiple platforms and applications
• Ability to communicate security issues to peers and management
• Ability to read and use the results of mobile code, malicious code, and anti-virus software
• Experience analyzing new products and making recommendations for implementation
• Knowledge of 365 and Azure technologies
• Manage a number of Infrastructure related projects, system enhancements, and deployments
