Brand Manager for National Franchise

Our large and rapidly growing, fast paced real estate franchise is seeking a happy, helpful, and detailed person to join our team as our full time brand manager to further our corporate brand. The perfect person must enjoy assisting people, be cheerful, presentable, detail oriented, and confident. Must be fluent in English (Bilingual, English/Spanish a plus) with good communications skills and a clear happy phone voice. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

Advanced proficiency in Photoshop

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Excel and Google Sheets

Basic HTML (ability to design very simple HTML flyers for email campaigns; advanced coding knowledge would be a plus for developing web content, but does not work well in our mail server)

Attention to Detail (symmetry, alignment, spelling and grammar)

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects

Excellent grammar and composition skills

The ideal candidate will also type 45+ words per minute with accuracy, answer multi-line phones with composure, have no public criminal record, and be extremely internet literate. Responsibilities Will Include: Daily social media posts

Photo editing (remove backgrounds, touch up portraits)

Design print marketing for:- Real estate listings

- Company events

- Quarterly training calendar and newsletter

- Franchise MarketingFull time preferred, Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm, at our office. Would consider part time 30 hours per week minimum. $18-$20 per hour to start with a guaranteed raise within 90 days and at 180 days. Paid time off and holiday pay is offered.About Our Company
