We are looking for an Office Manager to complete a wide variety of administrative tasks. You will need to be detail-oriented, organized and reliable. Office Manager responsibilities include daily operations like accounting, reporting, appointment setting, posting ads, data entry and call answering. You’ll also be helping the CEO with communications and meeting coordination. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter, who is comfortable working independently or with others in a team setting. Overall, your goal is to help promote efficient workflow, which will guarantee room for staff expansion.

Responsibilities:

Provide leadership for the office administration staff and ensure that office operations are efficiently carried out.

Oversee the daily operations of the office and delegate tasks to designated staff.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Inform management of reoccurring issues.

Schedule appointments, phone calls and meetings in order to ensure smooth business flow.

Order supplies and materials necessary to maintain daily operations.

Clerical duties such as paperwork filing, data entry, photocopying and faxing duties.

Answer telephone calls and greet visitors in a professional manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per year
