TITLE PROCESSOR AND CLOSER for mid Pinellas title agency/law firm. Prior experience as a closer, title processor, real estate paralegal or loan processor is essential and required. Applicant should know how to clear title requirements, warehouse closed loans, use software closing program, copier and email-fax. The position requires the ability to work efficiently with a team.
