Facility manager/Network Support

Purpose: The purpose of this effort is to provide facility management and technical support for computers, software and network server. Scope: The SSF manager will provide support in all activities associated with management of the SSF. This will include but is not limited to I.T, network and server support, maintaining logs & spread sheets, preparing reports, submitting supply orders, stocking supplies, providing software training, securing the facility (end of day duties), escorting unsecured personnel, coordinating source selection schedules, coordinating resolution of above normal IT issues, coordinating resolution of above normal facilities issues, and coordinating other related events requiring use of the facility. 1 Certifications & Experience: CompTIA Security+ certification and have systems administration experience. He or she must be able to carry out all task required in this statement of work and have the skillset and ability to quickly adapt to changing technology. He or she must have the aptitude and temperament to assist and train others. It is desired to have experience working for or supporting the DoD. Proficiency Areas: Proficiency is required using the following software and equipment. Microsoft Windows 10 Microsoft Office Suite Desktop and Laptop Computers Projectors Servers and Network Equipment SharePoint Whiteboards / Interactive Displays i.e. Sharp AQUOS
