RESPONSIBILITIES:A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Senior Business System Analyst in Tampa, Florida (FL).

Responsibilities include: Partners with the Business stakeholders and Product team in an Agile context to capture the business problem, current state, desired future state, objectives, business needs, and impacted user groups Familiar with the Agile development lifecycle and can participate in the various Agile ceremonies such as Daily Stand-up, Backlog Grooming (Refinement), Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective Senior Business System Analyst partners with Product Owner to analyze the business domain, build, groom the Product backlog, build, and maintain the Product Roadmap Partners with Product Owner to create feature design, requirements gathering, documentation, end user testing for projects, and feature requests Strengthen subject matter expertise in the IT applications and data models critical to the operations Senior Business System Analyst will investigate, document, communicate system application functionality to peers, and operational users Translate complex technical processes into a manner suitable for the intended audience and are understandable, unambiguous, capable of being implemented, and tested Align priorities with the IT roadmap and advise on how to streamline processes and identify alternative and innovative approaches to complex issues Support technical systems documentation and communication for Application maintenance, bug fixes, and upgrades Senior Business System Analyst will use common techniques and tools for modeling system diagrams, processes, and interfaces Ensures change control and change management procedures are followed within the project team as they relate to requirements Mentors less experienced Business Systems Analysts and provides training and technical support as needed

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field required (equivalent work experience may be considered) Working knowledge with Agile work management software tools such as Jira Comfortable working with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow Working knowledge and experience with enterprise job automation applications such as Control-M and Automic Microsoft Applications experience in Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint Comfortable working with various communication tools such as Outlook, Skype, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams Experience with analyzing and leading the integration of processing sub-systems Ability to work as part of a team and in a fast-paced environment with continuous changing priorities and tight timeframes Strong communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills with ability to communicate with all levels of the organization Must be able to communicate business solutions to management for review and approval both verbally and in writing Ability to think logically in solving assigned problems and to present recommendations or innovative solutions with clarity in written and graphic form
