Owns and directs the use of lead management, agent certification and other systems, and manages the underlying processes that leverage these mission critical applications. Oversees sales cycle reporting to support effective sales performance management. Provides leadership to sales compliance efforts. Works across a matrix organization to meet both corporate and regional sales and marketing needs.Establishes and directs sales monitoring and oversight to ensure appropriate sales practices across all distribution channels and to identify training gaps.

Leads and manages technology used to support sales and marketing efforts. Optimizes system configuration and functionality to improve operations, cut cost and enhance effectiveness.

Leverages staff and works with Regulatory Compliance and the State Department of Insurance(s) to effectively and efficiently gather, analyze and report monthly state appointment activity against budget and target.

Provides insights and analysis to support key business decision making at the corporate level for sales support processes and systems.

Works closely with senior management and other department leaders, assesses existing business processes, and designs and implements solutions enabling the business to operate in a manner that's better, faster, and cheaper.

Stays abreast of changing regulatory, industry and technology landscapes to identify potential process and system opportunities that will help the business operate more quickly and profitably.

Performs special projects as assigned.

Provides process, systems, compliance, and communication support to our Medicare sales organization.

Owns and all business processes related to Medicare broker industry compliance requirements such as state licensing and state appointments.

Provides leadership to sales compliance efforts.

Executes budgeting and forecasting for appointment spend per business needs and state requirements, as well as manages all state department of insurance rules and regulations to ensure all brokers maintain a compliant status within states they hold an active license.

Works across a matrix organization to meet both corporate and regional sales and marketing needs.

Education:Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience as 2+ additional years of experience in a sales support, system mgmt. and process owner role; Master's Degree in a related field preferred

Experience:6+ years of experience in a sales support, system mgmt. and process owner role

3+ years of experience in leading and managing others

3+ years in a regulatory compliance role preferred
