Program Managerwith a minimum of 10 years post-graduate experience looking for the next step or are currently undertaking a similar role in a similar environment.

Job Description

The candidate will be required to provide Construction Program Management Duties within the framework of Turner and Townsend policy and procedures; providing Client Support, Direction, Guidance, and overall caring for the projects and program process.

  • The appropriately qualified applicant will be able to demonstrate an established career as a Program Manager working in public/government sector programs on public housing and or public buildings including vertical facilities construction, large scale rehabilitation, multi-site construction logistics and coordination and have experience running a comprehensive program management office (PMO).
  • Candidate must demonstrate they are capable of working with and managing multiple stake holders across all construction/design and engineering disciplines.
  • Candidate must have extensive knowledge working onremediation projects and programs along with Inspection/monitoring of major capital programs, working in occupied buildings.

Qualifications

Demonstrate project experience with the following:

  • Running Major Programs $250M and above for commercial real estate
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and a full program management office (PMO)
  • Review owner processes and advise
  • Review contract documents and contract modifications to determine scope of work and scope changes
  • Understand Lead and mold remediation standards
  • Understanding of Owner’s Operations and best practices
  • Understanding of Safety Programs (Health, Safety, and Emergency Response)
  • Understanding the monitoring and Inspection of Construction and Project Coordination
  • Completing comprehensive Monthly Reports to client

Must Have Skills:

  • Running a PMO
  • Working in occupied buildings
  • Coordinating all stakeholders
  • Managing program controls, field operations, and sub consultants
