Role Responsibilities:

  • You will own the two flavors of our Salesforce Integration
  • You will also work on our API team
  • Possess a desire, aptitude and willingness to learn other systems and technologies that are necessary for our API Team (Bullhorn, Workato, and other Enterprise Systems)
  • Experience in enterprise-level Salesforce projects using agile software development methodologies throughout the whole life cycle with repeated and demonstrable success
  • The perfect candidate will have experience both as a Developer and an Admin
  • Experience with AppExchange and Lightning Web Components (LWC) would be great too
  • Expert level understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds, Einstein, and the Force.com Lightning Platform
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce configuration, including workflows, validation rules, and criteria-based and custom Apex sharing & visibility security control design
  • Experience defining technical design, writing clearly articulated user stories, and providing detailed Salesforce system and functional designs
  • Work with stakeholders (internal and external) to elicit business requirements
  • Ability to review incoming requirements at the program level and work directly with assigned stakeholders
  • Excellent listener who can document current and desired future states
  • Strong ability to be consultative and possess excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in CS, Mathematics, MIS, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ year experience in Salesforce configuration and implementing CRM systems (lead type)
  • 5+ years' experience in software development life cycle
  • Experience working with external IT supplier & virtual teams
  • Large scale/enterprise implementation experience with multiple work streams
