Position: Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Techno Functional ConsultantLocation: Tampa, FL.Duration: 12+ Months Our client is looking for a Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Techno Functional Consultant with Compensation and Talent Management experience in Tampa, FL, for the end-client. Please note that the candidate must have excellent experience in Oracle HCM, HCM Domain, skills mentioned in the JD, along with capabilities to communicate effectively with senior leadership.• 15+ years of Information Technology experience including experience with application development and support• 8+ years’ experience with Oracle HCM and HCM domain• Hands on experience in Oracle Cloud Compensation and Talent Management module• Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Areas• Functional experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation and Talent Management• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams
