Position Name: Data Entry Clerk Region: Tampa, Florida Duration: 6 Months (Potential to go fulltime) What are the top 3 things you look for in a candidate? What does a "typical" day look like in this role? Be able to balance a heavy case load and provide detailed professional response for asking and meeting requirements when needed. Perform boarding requests based on our Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in our Proprietary Systems to ensure service levels are consistently met. Be accountable for ensuring accurate boarding events by performing several layers of quality control ensuring that the appropriate controls to mitigate risk has been met. Reps must be able to meet that maximum service levels, quality, business solutions and interact with our internal customers in a professional manner at all times. Focus on the quality aspect of work to limit financial and reputational impact to our clients meeting our 99.5% merchant impact goal What specific work experience (or skills) would stand out on a resume? Quality and QC performance. House Keeping Items Will this role be work from home? Rotating schedule 1 week in the office one at home. Does this role need to sit in (Location? Region) We are looking for candidates from Tampa or Plano locations/Regions that are close to the corp office(s) Once people return to the office is the plan for this role to return as well? Yes Is there a possibility that the contract can be extended? Yes, we will review at end of year to see if it's sustainable to hire permanently. Is there an option for this role to go FTE? YES Will equipment be provided - No. under Corp policies equipment is not granted or supported for a home working situations for Consultants. Anything outside of normal business hours? Occasionally we will grant overtime depending on work volume, this is not mandatory. SUMMARY As a Specialist II Representative - The successful candidate will perform boarding requests based on our Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in our CRM Systems to ensure service levels are consistently met. Be accountable for ensuring accurate boarding events by performing several layers of quality control ensuring that the appropriate controls to mitigate risk has been met. Candidates must be able to meet that maximum service levels, quality, business solutions and interact with our internal customers in a professional manner at all times. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. With minimal supervision perform boarding on customer accounts in our CRM System and other third party systems with accurate information and in a timely manner. 2. Act as liaison between customers, internal resources and outside vendors. 3. Maintains knowledge of procedures, policies and new products/services. 4. Assist our Implementation Managers on specific actions during a large conversion or complex customer boarding event. 5. Provide on-going, unsolicited recommendations/feedback to management on methods to improve service. 6. Completes special projects and performs other duties as requested or directed. Should include typing, computers and other office equipment and proficiency in Outlook, Word and an emphasis on Excel; problem solving and analytical skills; the ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously, excellent follow through, attention to detail, concentration and accuracy are necessary for performing tasks.
