Full Charge Bookkeeper

Opportunity opened for exceptional and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper for General Contractor.

Must have strong management and organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Must be a multitasker, willing to learn software programs, have extensive knowledge in Quickbooks for Contractors, Excel, job costing, budgeting, as well as AR & AP. This position is responsible for the full cycle of bookkeeping and accounting duties including all aspects of payroll and preparation of financial statements. Must be able to analyze trial balance and make necessary journal entries. Experience with AIA Construction Invoicing is a plus.
