Tax Preparer/Bookkeeper

Accounting firm needs both a full time permanent tax preparer and bookkeeper. Will consider part time if necessary. Will be responsible for numerous companies and will have some administrative duties. Tax preparation for Individuals, business, etc. is required. Bookkeeping experience includes A/R, A/P, bank reconciliations, journal entries, financial statement preparation and payroll would be beneficial. Must be very detail oriented and able to multi-task with people skills. QuickBooks, TOPS software experience would be helpful but not necessary. Benefits after 90 days. Looking for someone who wants to grow and expand responsibilities, etc. Great working atmosphere. Must provide salary requirements to be considered.
