Develop and maintain relationships with state and local government clients, identify and pursue business development opportunities, and manage client engagements

Provide expert advice and counsel on human resources management, shared services, and outsourcing-related issues, including strategy development, implementation, and change management

Manage large-scale transformational programs, including IT-enabled transformations of business functions, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients

Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate activities across multiple project workstreams, including process design, technology implementation, organizational change, and communications

Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in human resources management, shared services, and outsourcing-related issues, and contribute to thought leadership and business development activities

Participate in firm initiatives

Manage project teams and mentor staff and coachees

Organization Transformation can occur at the enterprise, business unit, or functional level, involves both employers and providers across the Human Capital ecosystem, and requires a combination of change management actions to execute the transformation.QualificationsRequired:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field

Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with a focus on human capital management, shared services, and outsourcing-related programs

Demonstrated success in business development, particularly at the state and local government level

Experience in human resources management, including processes, policies, practices, and technology, as well as shared services and outsourcing-related experience

Strong program management skills, including experience leading large-scale transformational programs

Experience building and maintaining relationships with a portfolio of clients

Local to Baton Rouge, LA or willing to travel there regularly (up to 75%)

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role

Preferred:

Advanced degree in a related field

Prior human services experience
