job summary:

Preference will be given to candidates who hold the following additional knowledge, skills, abilities and experience:

a. In depth knowledge and experience in LAMP stack. Knowledge and experience in any of these technologies - Laravel/Symfony/Entity Framework, MVC, Azure DevOps, PHP, C#, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, and Oracle databases.

b. Experienced in the use of Git Hub or Team Foundation Version Control.

c. Experience in writing middle tier database integration components.

d. Troubleshooting and correcting application bug issues; ensuring data integrity; providing support and training as required; mentoring staff on application development principles and architecture; providing consultation to court technology staff in enterprise architecture, cloud technologies, and cross-platform integration.

e. 5-8 years of programming/systems analysis experience

Knowledge, skills, abilities and experience supporting systems software maintenance and system software operations with the following:

- Knowledge of the LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHP).

- Knowledge of AJAX, JavaScript, JSON, jQuery, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, and XML.

- Knowledge of React and Query UL.

- Knowledge of Git, TFS.

- Knowledge of SQL, including MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, and Oracle.

- Knowledge of SOA, Microservices.

- Knowledge of Active Directory authentication.

- Knowledge of application design, development, testing, documentation, and implementation.

- Knowledge of relational database design.

- Knowledge of information systems development and resources.

- Ability to implement security constraints within the development process.

- Ability to analyze and interpret technical data.

- Ability to design programs and systems.

- Ability to think logically and solve problems.

- Ability to evaluate and resolve user problems.

- Ability to communicate technical information verbally and in writing.

- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
