Applications without samples will not be consideredWe’re looking for a smart, energetic and highly creative Multimedia Marketing Manager who can develop, execute and manage our Indirect Sales Channel social media content and produce videos. If you’ve got at least three years of writing and video experience under your belt, an upbeat attitude, a love for learning and a desire to work in a friendly and fast-paced environment, then we’d love to talk!What you’ll get to do in this role:Work with our Indirect Sales Channel marketing team to develop and write social media content in our brand voice

Utilize Adobe Creative Suite programs such as AfterEffects, Premier Pro, XD, Photoshop, Illustrator to develop content and artwork for social media posts

Manage the Lumen Channel Partner Program social media accounts

Coordinate and collaborate with key stakeholders to create Lumen Channel Partner Program and Strategic Sales Channels video content in the Lumen brand

Combine stock imagery and video with voice in Adobe AfterEffects to output video content that can be used on the web, social media, etc.

Copy writing and/or graphic design for campaigns, blogs and other marketing projects.

Manage multiple projects and deliver work in a timely manner

The Main ResponsibilitiesConceive, direct, produce and edit video content for multimedia needs across traditional, digital and social platforms

Create copy for social media, advertising, collateral and video

Help define and evolve our brand voice

Oversee the production of high-quality, engaging, short-format video content

Understand a variety of marketing channels and how to engage audiences.

Work in a fast-paced work environment, Manage multiple projects and meet aggressive deadlines with a special focus on turning complex information into simple, compelling and actionable marketing content

What We Look For in a CandidateThe Essentials:Bachelor’s degree or higher

Fluent with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent video production tools

Experience managing video workflows and optimizing for multiple distribution channels (web, social, etc.)

A portfolio that demonstrates strategically grounded, creative storytelling across digital and traditional media

Ability to express B2B and technology concepts in language that reads like a friendly conversation

Ability to craft creative, attention-grabbing headlines

Strong written verbal communication, and presentation skills

Works well in a collaborative environment with a variety of stakeholders

Attention to detail, producing accurate and creative work

The Nice to Haves:Experience in B2B marketing in IT industry (software, hardware, service provider) and understanding of channel sales a plus
