These functions include for Deposits, Loans, Investments, Payments, Commercial Internet Banking, Fraud, Cards and Private Wealth. These teams work to implement and support solutions in a diverse set of technologies and applications including TSYS, Hogan, LaserPro, Factorsoft, IBM Safer Payments, UOB, Swift, FX360, Fraud Oasis applications, just to name a few. Their hard work allows our organization with data and tools to be readily available for day-to-day operations.As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead multiple strategic enterprise projects interacting with cross-functional teams comprised of technical staff and business stakeholders to deliver the required products for each project, phase or stage of a project based on that particular project’s work plan. You will serve as the liaison with project sponsors, customers, vendors or partners and will facilitate continuous communication with all involved as well as manage expectations with the stakeholders. You will also be expected to manage resolution of complex issues and challenging situations. We share a strong commitment to ensure our enterprise-level systems are performing at peak capacity and we believe in fully supporting each other to achieve this goal.  Trust and open communication are the cornerstones of how we roll, and we have plenty of fun while doing it!  Self-education, peer consultation, mentor guidance, and formal training/seminars are some of the methods that we share information and knowledge.How you’ll spend your time:Managing multiple projects within the determined constraints (i.e. scope, quality, time, cost, etc.) to successfully deliver the specified requirements while meeting the expectations of the sponsors, management team and stakeholders.

Leading cross-functional project teams to ensure deliverables are adhered to time, budget and project milestones within the agreed tolerances including managing any tradeoffs between scope, schedule, quality and cost.

Providing problem resolution as complex issues or challenges that may arise during the life span of the project.

Serving as the liaison with project sponsors, customers, vendors or business partners including facilitating communication using various methods and managing expectations with stakeholders.

Ensuring project methodology, standards, process and procedure are followed throughout the project.

We’re excited to talk with you if:You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or related discipline AND at least 8 years of IT project management experience. At least 1 year of management experience preferred.

You have a PMP certification. Although this is not required, it is highly preferred.

You have experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall project methodologies.

You have proficiency utilizing a Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tool (i.e. Sciforma, MS Project, Primavera, etc.).

You have knowledge and experience in financial services process/workflow including card transactions, core banking deposits and customer processing, loan processing, payments, and fraud management.

You have knowledge of various systems/applications (i.e TSYS, Hogan, UOB, Safer Payments). This is not required, but highly beneficial.
