About the role:

TQL is seeking an IT Program Manager who will be responsible for the planning, execution and reporting of projects and programs based on the business units’ requests. You will participate in or facilitate business process modeling and work to identify opportunities for automation and streamlining.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support all levels and departments by serving as a liaison to project stakeholders and aligning TQL resources
  • Able to lead or participate in small to large sized projects and programs through the Project Management Life Cycle: Initiation, Planning, Execution and Closure
  • Initiate sound project planning using applicable processes or methodologies
  • Understand how to allocate, schedule and manage resources; may include financial, inventory, personnel and IT resources
  • Reduce or eliminate potential risks by early identification, assessment and problem solving
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders from all levels and functions of the organization to influence process improvement efforts and project completion
  • Plan and track project timelines and budgets manage risks and be responsible for project milestones and deliverables for multiple programs/projects simultaneously
  • Continually build, develop and grow business relationships vital to project success; constantly seeks to better understand and improve TQL and the third-party logistics industry

What you need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field is preferred
  • Background in analyzing business needs and defining and implementing business process improvements required
  • 3-5 years of program or project management experience
  • Experience managing full cycle projects through conception, implementation and evaluation required
  • Collaborating and working with Infrastructure teams is strongly preferred
  • Exposure to Agile Methodology
  • Knowledge of or hands-on experience using JIRA and/or VSTS tools
  • Must have strong influence, facilitation, communication and collaboration skills
