We're looking for exceptional HVAC Service Technicians to deliver the most efficient, highest quality customer experiences in residential HVAC repair and installation. You must have a great personality, a driving desire to succeed, and the willingness to learn.

As one of our service technicians, you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team demonstrating your unique technical competency and abilities. You will diagnose and repair air conditioning cooling systems and help customers to make informed and confident buying decisions.

Responsibilities:

-Complete all general HVAC in-home, service calls.

-Know how to establish customer rapport to present the right products and services.

-Ask the right lifestyle questions to troubleshoot cooling and duct system malfunctions.

-Educate and assist customers in choosing the best solutions and maintenance plans.

-Explain replacement opportunities for aging, inefficient or under-performing systems.

-Understand your sales criteria and hold yourself accountable for meeting and exceeding revenue goals.

-Present yourself as professional and use your knowledgeable to gain new referrals and repeat business.

-Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure the overall success of the company.

-Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.

-Participate actively in all educational training, morning meetings, trade shows and retreats.

-Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations.

-Be accurate and timely with invoices, time cards, curbside feedback and option sheets.

Requirements:

-MUST have at least 3-5 years' experience working for a licensed HVAC contractor.

-Service experience.

-Strong knowledge of local HVAC codes and ability to make on-the-job decisions.

-Proven track record of working HVAC systems including ability to draw simple diagrams, read wiring schematics and other diagrams.

-Clean, safe driving record.

-Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities, with strong verbal and written communications.

-High integrity with advanced social skills and ability to make solid people connections.

-Strong desire to be a better person today than you were yesterday.

-Engaging personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

-Competitive individual contributor who also loves to win as a team.

-Highly motivated, self-starter who's flexible and has a great attitude on life.

-EPA certification

INSTALL EXPERIENCE A PLUS!

Additional Information:

This position will require working indoors and outdoors in various climate conditions ranging from cold with rain to very hot and humid. This includes attics, crawl spaces, and confined locations.
