Looking for a cool sales opportunity? Look no further! As Rooms To Go continues to grow, we are expanding our online sales and services team. We need motivated and enthusiastic team members to assist customers with sales and service-related questions and opportunities. If you have previous retail sales experience or any service-related experience working directly with the public, we would love to chat with you! These are on-premises opportunities located at our corporate headquarters in Seffner, Florida. We are currently evaluating work at home opportunities.

Our pay structure is currently an hourly rate plus bonuses. In 2020, with average annual earnings for Internet Sales Support Associates around $40,000 with top performers even earning more, our team members continue to experience high rewards for strong performance.

What we are looking for:
  • Driven and motivated by success
  • Team player
  • Great listener with a positive attitude and an outgoing personality
  • Retail sales experience preferred, but not required (will train the right candidate)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High School diploma
  • Ability and willingness to work a flexible retail schedule is required, which includes days, evenings, weekends and holidays on a rotating basis
  • Strong computer skills
  • Dependable and strong attention to detail

What you will be doing:
  • Taking Inbound calls while enthusiastically assisting our customers
  • Helping customers with sales, billing and service questions.
  • Providing support to customers navigating our website and helping finalize sales
  • Scheduling delivery dates
  • Answering general product questions
