Paralegal (probate, elder law, estate planning)

Our practice areas are focused on elder law, wills, trusts, and estates, as well as trust, estate and guardianship litigation. Our downtown Sarasota, Florida office is seeking a full time Paralegal to assist with Trust and Probate administration, guardianship and general elder law, including asset protection planning for Medicaid. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of prior experience with at least one of the following: Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Administration, Guardianship, and/or Medicaid Planning. Experience working for a litigator is a plus but not required. Proficiency with Word and Excel is required. Familiarity with one or more of ProDocs, Lawgic, Time Matters, or similar software programs is preferred. Salary is commensurate with experience and competitive with other firms in the area. Benefits are included for full-time paralegals. Our hiring attorney will maintain the confidentiality of your application, however references are required.
