Paralegal (probate, elder law, estate planning)

Our downtown Sarasota, Florida office is seeking a full time Paralegal to assist with Trust and Probate administration, guardianship and general elder law, including asset protection planning for Medicaid. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of prior experience with Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Administration, Guardianship, Tax, and/or Medicaid Planning. Experience working for a litigator is a plus but not required. Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required. Familiarity with ProDocs, Lawgic, Time Matters, Westlaw’s Firm Central or similar programs is preferred. Salary is commensurate with experience. Benefits are included for full-time paralegals.
