We are hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Doorstep Trash Collector to join our team at 2300 Laurel Rd E, Nokomis, FL 34275. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting trash from individual apartments, transporting trash to the compactor on site, and ensuring the property remains clean throughout our collection.

Job Responsibilities:

Collect trash from each apartment using a tote and stairwell access.

Transport trash to the compactor or designated area and unload it.

Maintain cleanliness and safety during trash collection activities.

Schedule:

Sunday through Thursday, starting at 7:00 PM.

Shift duration is typically 1.5-2 hours each night, totaling up to 11 hours per week.

Compensation:

Pay is a flat rate of $1200/month (or $600 semi-monthly).

This flat rate is a set amount, but is adjusted to meet a minimum of $20/hr if hours exceed the estimated amount.

Pay is issued twice a month.

Requirements:

A pickup truck is required for this role to transport the trash.

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
